1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the G-Ajiri platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

G-Ajiri is a professional service deployment platform that connects skilled professionals with organizations requiring field services. Our platform facilitates:

• Job posting and browsing
• Professional matching and selection
• Secure payment processing
• Service delivery coordination
• Quality assurance and dispute resolution

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Service Provider Account: For freelancers and independent contractors
• Business Account: For companies and organizations posting jobs

4. Service Provider Terms

4.1 Professional Standards

As a service provider, you agree to:

• Provide services with professional competence and integrity
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timeframes
• Maintain appropriate insurance and certifications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Payment Terms

Service providers will receive payment after successful completion of assigned tasks, minus applicable platform fees. Payment processing may take 3-5 business days.

5. Business Client Terms

5.1 Job Posting

When posting jobs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Set fair and competitive compensation rates
• Respond promptly to service provider applications
• Provide necessary information and access for task completion

5.2 Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the platform, including service fees and applicable taxes.

6. Platform Fees

G-Ajiri charges fees for the use of our platform services:

• Service Providers: Commission fee of 10-15% per completed job
• Business Clients: Monthly subscription fee of $29 or per-job posting fees
• Payment Processing: Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods

All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Circumvent payment systems or fees

8. Intellectual Property

The G-Ajiri platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by G-Ajiri and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably through our internal dispute resolution process. Contact our support team to initiate this process.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of Kenya.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-Ajiri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
