Delete your G-Ajiri FieldTechs account

How account deletion works

G-Ajiri FieldTechs, operated by G-Ajiri FieldTechs Ltd, lets job seekers and employers create an account in the mobile app and on this website. If you created an account, you can request that it be deleted here.

1. Enter the email address used to register (and optionally the phone number on the account).
2. Confirm that you want the account permanently deleted.
3. Submit the form. We process requests immediately when we can match the account, and otherwise within 24 hours.

What we delete

• Your account login, name, email, phone number, and profile details
• Uploaded profile photo, CV/resume, and certificates tied to the account
• Device tokens and sign-in sessions, so the app can no longer access the account
• Saved job-matching and profile analysis data linked to you

What we may retain

We may keep limited records that we are required to hold for legal, tax, dispute, or payment-compliance reasons (for example completed job payment records). Those records are kept only as long as the law requires, without using them to identify you in the product. Outstanding wallet balances or unpaid invoices should be settled before deletion; contact info@fieldtechs.co.ke if you need help.
